Description:
Nectar Sprites are small hummingbird like Chthonians with blue green bodies and long ribbon like tails which end in a clear bubble-like growth. These growths are full of a vapor that glows the same colour as Twilight Fruit.
Behavior: Nectar Sprites will fly around Vallice drinking the nectar from flowers and juice from the Twilight Tree’s Fruit. The more juice they drink the larger the growth at the end of their tails will grow. The vapor is very light, and Nectar Sprites will roost on these growths as they float in the air or over the waters. Nectar Sprites will occasionally get into conflicts with each other as well. These combats usually involve Nectar Sprite will spray the vapor from their mouth or will attempt to smash their bodies or tail against their opponents. Nectar Sprites are beautiful Chthonians that can remind us that Vallice has wonder beyond all the dangers.
Threat: Though Nectar Sprites will not go out of their way to attack humans they will still attack humans that get too close. They will often use the same attacks used during their combats with each other. If you do come across a Nectar Sprite it is best to admire from afar. Should a Nectar Sprite attack you, hold your breath and wave your arm at it. Even if you do not hit it, it will still fly away.
