Description: Imps are Chthonians about the size of the average human. They have furry bodies and long tails ending in a tuft shaped like a magatama. Imps have two front paws which function as arms and two back legs that end in hooves. They have oversized wars and are always wearing masks.
Behavior: Imps can be compared to humans. They act as the Chthonian counterpart to us. They can be seen conversating collecting food and building homes with each other. There are reports of them hosting festivals as well. What makes these festivals unique is all Chthonian types have been witnessed attending and during the event become completely docile. Even the most dangerous Chthonian becomes indifferent or even friendly to humans. Imps have been recorded wearing various mask including mask that are reminiscent or identical to ones found in human civilization. This would imply that there was some ancient interaction between Imps and humans.
Threat: Imps are not skilled at combat. As a result, even if a human is attacked by one, they are easy to deal with. Even then, Imps seem to show no interest in fighting. Imps are resourceful though and have been recorded using the environment to their advantage, including using sticks as spears or yelling to get the attention of other Chthonians. The more cautious humans would do better to avoid them although the more adventurous may find an interaction with an Imp to be rewarding.
